As we come to the end of the year, I see so many women doing what you’re probably doing right now…
Holding everything together with a tired body, a full mind, and a nervous system that hasn’t had a real pause in months.
The expectation on women at this time of year is enormous.
There’s a mental load that no one talks about, the emotional labour no one sees.
The pressure to create a “beautiful December,”
The constant organising, remembering, balancing, anticipating.
And then there’s the quieter heaviness…

I want to say this gently and honestly:
